These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "User," or "Student") and MPT, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing our educational products, or engaging our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. SERVICES AND ENROLLMENT
MPT, Inc. provides professional consulting and educational services, including digital products, checklists, and coaching. By enrolling in any program or purchasing a product, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. PAYMENTS AND BILLING
We utilize Stripe as our primary third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the total amount of your purchase, including any applicable taxes.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
We reserve the right to refuse any order or limit quantities at our sole discretion.
3. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the digital and proprietary nature of our educational content and consulting services, the following policy applies:
Digital Products: All sales of digital downloads, checklists, and pre-recorded courses are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded.
Consulting Services: Refunds for consulting or coaching sessions are not provided once the session has commenced. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a forfeiture of the session fee.
Exceptions: Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of MPT, Inc. and must be requested in writing.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All materials provided, including text, graphics, checklists, logos, and course content, are the intellectual property of MPT, Inc.
You are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal or internal business growth.
You may not resell, redistribute, or use our content to create a competing educational or consulting service.
5. TESTIMONIALS AND RESULTS
By participating in our programs or consulting, you grant MPT, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your name, likeness, and any feedback or results you share (in the form of emails, screenshots, or verbal statements) as testimonials for marketing purposes.
We may use these testimonials on our website, social media, and promotional materials.
If you wish to remain anonymous, you must notify us in writing at the time of providing feedback.
6. NO GUARANTEES
While our services are designed to assist in career acceleration and professional growth, MPT, Inc. makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, such as salary increases, promotions, or job offers. Your results depend on your individual effort, industry conditions, and external factors beyond our control.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MPT, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or reliance on our educational materials. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.
